I hereby give my consent to MADFINGERr Games a.s., with its registered office at Škrobárenská 1, 617 00 Brno - Trnitá, IČO: 292 17 008, registered with the Regional Court in Brno, Section B, File 6093, as the controller of personal data (hereinafetr referred to as „administrator“ or „company“ ) to process my personal information provided in my resume, which I gave him as a candidate for employment with a company. I give my consent under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”), under other applicable legislation and subject to the following conditions:
Such consent shall be granted in the context of a selection procedure for a post held in the company. The administrator only processes personal data provided by the candidate itself in their CV or during the interview or in connection with it (hereinafter referred to as “personal data”).
The administrator processes the subject's personal data in order to contact the subject in the future if the entity is not selected for the position requested in the ongoing selection process with the company and a job vacancy in the company would become available in the future for which the entity would be a suitable candidate.
Based on this consent, the administrator is authorized to process the personal data of the entity for a period of 5 years after granting of the consent or until the consent withdrawal by the subject.
This consent constitutes the legal basis for processing the subjects's personal data according to GDPR.
Consent to the processing of personal data and the sending of a notice of a possible new selection procedure for a position suitable for the subject under these conditions is granted by the subject voluntarily and has the right to withdraw it at any time by sending an e-mail requesting deletion of personal data to jobs@madfingergames.com.
Based on this consent, personal data will be processed in the following ways:
The controller is obliged to protect subjects' personal data against misuse or unauthorized access of third parties.
The administrator keeps the subjects' personal data both in electronic and printed form. Electronic data is protected by passwords. Physical media of electronic information are protected from unauthorized access by third parties and personal data stored on media is also protected by virus protection and security copy system. Access to personal data in company is limited to authorized employees in Human Resources only.
There is no automated processing of personal data by the administrator.
The administrator is not authorized to provide personal data of the subject to third parties.
The company is not authorized to transfer personal data to third countries outside the European Union or to international organizations operating outside the EU.
The data subject has the right to receive the information about what personal data and to what extent the administrator processes. This information can be obtained from the company upon request at: jobs@madfingergames.com. The subject may obtain any further information mentioned in this document at this address and, through this address, may also submit any requests relating to its rights as data subject rights.
The data subject shall have the right of access to the personal data processed by the administrator and to the means by which his personal data are processed.
The subject has the right to rectify and complete incorrect personal data processed by the administrator by notifying that its personal data is incorrect or incomplete. After such notification, the administrator shall correct or complete the data without any delay.
The subject has the right to request complete deletion of personal data provided to the administrator. The administrator shall subsequently destroy the personal data without undue delay.
The subject has the right to data portability, i.e. to obtain all personal data provided by the controller in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and at the same time to transmit this data to another controller, also through the original administrator.
