This update reshapes how you experience Gray Zone Warfare — with enhanced combat, evolving world, and long-requested quality-of-life improvements.

This update includes a full progress wipe, giving all players a clean slate. It ensures a fair start and lets everyone dive into the redesigned systems, tasks, and economy on equal footing.

Wipes are essential to Early Access — they help us deliver major changes, rebalance the experience, and build the game together with the community. Thank you for your patience and support.

Updates Driven by You

Winds of War is built on your feedback — and we’re not stopping here. From combat balance to new features, the community continues to shape the future of Gray Zone Warfare. 

To name a few, we’ve added the ability to manage tasks directly in the field, cutting down on helicopter travel and wait times. We’ve introduced shared progression for elimination tasks within squads, or implemented tracking tags to make it easier to recover lost gear. Your input continues to drive meaningful improvements — keep it coming.
