Help us craft immersive, unforgettable gaming experiences! We are seeking a passionate Game Designer to bring creative ideas, develop game mechanics, and design engaging worlds that will thrill our players. You’ll work closely with our team to design, prototype, and implement game systems that are fun, balanced, and player-centric.

• Designing and prototyping innovative game systems and mechanics.
• Developing and maintaining detailed design documentation.
• Overseeing gameplay features from concept to final implementation.
• Collaborating with the development team to ensure smooth integration.
• Analyzing live game data to guide game design improvements.
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and new game genres.

• A passionate gamer with a strong creative vision.
• Proven experience in game design (PC or console).
• Skilled in prototyping and balancing game mechanics.
• Knowledge of tools like the Unreal Engine.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• It is mandatory to be based in Brno, so you must be willing to move. We can, of course, provide you with relocation support.
